I'm really not liking that face, it's one only a mother could love.
Just look at it.....
Honestly, it's just the headlights. They don't look good at all to me. I see this, and I hate it. I don't care if it has a hellcat under the hood, if I saw these at a show, I wouldn't even want to walk up to take a closer look.

I...don't like it.
1. I don't think HP cures all problems...but it can help
2. I don't like the current Charger design, the scalop in the side looks lazy, cheap and it elongates the car, not great for that low, wide and mean look.
3. it looks like a sebring front, with dart headlights and viper hood. I'm all for a good mutt, I like a purposeful looking car that's bad looking, but this looks like it started out as a mutt and then got the blur filter.

I think the new one will age very well (as opposed to the one above, which already looks like a tired design). I think the more simplistic front-end harkens back to the glory days of muscle cars.

I definitely agree with the side scallop. It just doesn't fit on this car. If they turned it into a sharp crease going down the length of the car I think it would look more sleek and make it look more subtly muscular.
I gotta say I like the dart headlights, makes it stand apart from the rest of the appliances on the road. They are also simple enough to look good in 10 years too.

Well, my Magnum shares a few features with that front end, so I have to admit that it doesn't bother me that much. I'm most bothered by the Charger being a fat four door now than anything else.
I think the lights could have been done much better, they honestly look like a last minute addition, as if headlights was forgotten on the checklist, and they had to stick some on without massive design changes without changing the lines. The grill looks good, I don't mind the upper/lower grill (though personally I'd lower the split, and give it something a little closer to the Challenger.
But in the end, the people who like it will buy it, and that designer will stay, so it's all just opinion. Personally, I can't stand it. It actually looks like a Suzuki on steroids to me....

Its face is a bit anonymous, to be honest. Doesn't look bad at all, but you'd have a hell of a time describing it.
